Each program serves a different need, audience, or interest. Pick what fits you.

Quarterly Flagship

BayPA Signature

Our quarterly flagship events. Practitioner talks, panel discussions, and structured networking with the broader Bay Area people analytics community. Hosted at member companies who volunteer their space.

Who attends

Practitioners across all career stages and paths. Students, mid-career professionals, senior leaders, and sometimes vendors. Anyone interested in people analytics is welcome.

Format

A mix of practitioner talks, panel discussions, and Q&A. Followed by structured networking time. Two to three hours total.

Cadence

We aim for quarterly. Actual timing depends on host availability, with locations rotating across the Bay Area.

Early Career & Student

BayPA Rising

Programming for students and early career professionals exploring or breaking into people analytics. We partner with Bay Area universities to bring practitioners into classrooms and bring students into the broader community.

Who attends

Students, recent graduates, and professionals in their first few years of people analytics work.

Format

Workshops, fundamentals talks, and mentorship-focused sessions. Often co-hosted with universities.

Cadence

Programming is ongoing through the academic year, with timing tied to university partnerships.

Vendor-Sponsored

BayPA Showcase

Product demos and focused networking with vendors building tools for people analytics teams. A space for practitioners to see what's new in the market without the pressure of a sales pitch.

Who attends

Practitioners evaluating tools, building tech stacks, or curious about what's available in the market.

Format

Short product demos followed by structured networking time. Sponsored by a single vendor per event.

Cadence

As vendor partnerships are confirmed. Typically two to four per year.
