Whether you've got 30 minutes to share insights or you want to host a hundred people at your office, there's a way to contribute that fits your time and bandwidth.
Everyone contributes differently. Some people speak. Some host. Some help behind the scenes. All of it matters.
Our best events are the ones where practitioners share specific stories about real work. You don't need to have all the answers. You just need to have something useful to say about a problem you've been working on.
Hosting is one of the most direct ways to support the community. You provide the space and basic logistics. We handle everything else: programming, RSVPs, communications, and event-day coordination.
BayPA is run entirely by volunteers. We're always looking for practitioners who want to be more involved in shaping programming, supporting events, or growing the community.
If your company builds tools for people analytics teams, Showcase is the right way to engage with our community. It's a focused setting where practitioners come specifically to see what's new, and where your team gets meaningful conversations instead of badge scans.
Send us a note. We'll figure out together where you might be a fit.
